Who will deliver my package?

When will the order be delivered?

The total order fulfillment time includes the production (maximum 14 days) and delivery periods. Delivery of the parcel via courier takes up to 5 business days.

What about the return of the parcel?

Our products are made according to personalized customer guidelines. We make sure that each order is always of the highest quality. Therefore, only items with manufacturing defects are replaced within 14 business days.

How to return a parcel?

If your complaint has been accepted, simply send your articles to the following address: Dr Crow - Głowno ul.Łódzka 6A, 95-015.

What about the return cost?

The costs associated with the return of purchased products that do not have manufacturing defects are borne by the buyer.

When will I get my money back?

We will refund your money as soon as we receive the package with the returned items. Please note that refunds are not processed on bank holidays.

We do not store your payment details.
