How to make a return/exchange in Dr. Crow in three easy steps?
1. If the goods do not meet your expectations or have a factory defect, you have the right to return or replace them within 14 days of receiveing the parcel! The condition for accepting the return is to send back the purchased goods without any traces of use together with the label.
2. Within 14 days, safely send back the returned good to the following address Dr.Crow 95-015 Głowno, ul. Łódzka 6a. Attach the generated return form to the parcel.
3. The refund for the returned goods, after deducting the total shipping costs, will be made within a maximum of 14 days to the indicated bank account from the data of receipt of the refund. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer. We do not accept pracels returned cash on delivery. When exchanging goods, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
